Oliver Bengough, CEO and Founder
Olly is an entrepreneur in the media, film, music and entertainment business, who has spent the last 10 years building one of London's largest bar and entertainment chains.
He is President of Mint Group (http://www.mintgroup.co.uk/about.php), which owns and operates a diverse group of five bars and nightclubs in the South of England. Each business offers a unique experience, from the live music nights at KOKO to the party bar atmosphere at the Elk in Fulham.
In 2002, Olly staged his first festival event, Latin Splash, on Clapham Common and over the past three years he has been responsible for bringing artists such as Paul Oakenfold, Moloko and Jamiroquai to South London for audiences of 60,000 capacity.
Olly's biggest success to date has been his transformation of the Camden Palace into London's number one live music venue, KOKO. After a complete renovation of the venue, Olly opened KOKO in 2004 and has since hosted top international acts including Madonna, Prince, Christina Aguilera, Lenny Kravitz and Coldplay, who chose KOKO to launch their X&Y album. KOKO has also hosted events such as the 2008 iTunes Festival and is home to London's Album Chart Show, which is broadcast in over 12 countries and has the potential to reach over 300 million viewers. Olly is also about to strike a global deal with PepsiCo to jointly run music festivals and events throughout the world.
Olly has also begun building the KOKO brand in Asia and has launched www.kokoasia.com in conjunction with his Club KOKO nights held in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
In 2006, Olly diversified further by launching TMG Properties, an arm of his company dedicated toward urban development. The most recent project, Mint Lodges, is a luxury log cabin development set to rejuvenate Cumbrian Tourism. Given Olly’s entrepreneurial talent and drive, in February 2009, he expanded his entertainment portfolio once again through the launch of a TV channel dedicated to the amazing world of French film.
Cinémoi (http://www.cinemoi.tv/) is the first and only channel dedicated to French film, located on Sky channel 343 and Virgin channel 445, the channel has been endorsed by some of the biggest names in film, including Jonathan Ross, Michael Caine, Steven Berkoff, Charlotte Rampling and Jane Birkin, amongst many others.
Following Cinémoi's launch and sourcing quality Italian film libraries available for licensing, Olly established In 2010 seeing a gap in the market for a quality music programming he decided to create KOKO TV... Thus the birth of KOKO POP, a weekly T.V show that now airs on Channel 4 . Series now hosted the likes of Usher, Justin Bieber, Nelly, Nicole from the Pussycat Dolls and many more.
With 250,000 viewers tuning in every week it looks like the show will be here for a very long time.
With the successful launch of Cinémoi on Virgin in December 2010 Cinémoi looks like 2011 could be another amazing year ..
Steven Rosenberg
Mr. Rosenberg has been a top level executive and proven leader for more than 25 years across a broad range of consumer driven markets including cable TV, internet, broadcasting and advertising. He has built successful and lucrative businesses from pure start-ups to retooling underperforming assets and has considerable international experience managing small and large teams on three continents.
His experience will prove to be invaluable in expanding Cinémoi in all international territories. His knowledge is unprecedented in the world of Premium Pay-TV services and he has joined the team because of the unique and exciting challenge to make Cinémoi a recognized global media brand.

Between 1997 and 2004, Rosenberg was responsible for all of HBO’s worldwide pay and basic cable programming ventures. Under his leadership, HBO conceived, created and built a series of 10 strategic partnerships that operate sixteen program networks in 12 different languages in approximately 50 countries and territories around the world generating revenue in excess of $450 million annually.
In addition to spearheading the creation of HBO services in Central Europe, Latin America and Brazil (1991) and Asia (1992), Rosenberg, acting as managing General Partner for the Warner Channel Latin America, transformed an underperforming family channel into the leading 18-34 advertiser-supported channel in the region. Between 2001 and 2004, Warner Channel ratings improved by 250% and ad sales revenue improved 500%. Moreover, Rosenberg established and directed the operation of two advertising sales rep companies in Miami and Sao Paolo, Brazil, respectively. The rep companies placed advertising on cable networks for clients wanting to reach consumers throughout Latin America and Brazil.
Rosenberg also served on the board of German city broadcaster Hamburg 1 (HH1) in 1998 and 1999 representing Time Warner and eventually sold TW’s interest in the channel to the Kirch Group.

Rosenberg is a cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook graduating in 1972 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Formed in 1994 as one of the UK’s leading independent music and documentary TV distributors, working with Robbie Williams, U2 and the Spice Girls and broadcaster programming from the BBC, Sundance TV, TCM and IFC
Expanding in to co-production, Saville executive produced David Beckham’s Really Bend it Like Beckham and Don Letts’ Film Punk Attitude.
His production company is now in its sixth season of the Album Chart Show for C4, and Tesco Entertainment and film chat show In Conversation with Sundance International and Film Critic Derek Malcolm.
Saville is one of the founding directors and shareholders of
i-concerts, global music TV and VOD channel launched in 2006.
March 2010 in partnership with Olly Bengough and his venue KOKO, a new music series, KOKO Pop is going to launch on Channel Four’s Saturday morning T4
Claudia Rosencrantz
Claudia Rosencrantz was the Controller of Entertainment for ITV for over ten years, and was responsible for commissioning some of ITV's biggest hits and changing the landscape of entertainment programming in the UK. She was also Director of Television for Virgin Media for five years.

Since 1989, Francois-Xavier serves as a Board Director of
Sodexo and also as a Board Director of Bellon SA, the family holding company controlling a 38% stake in Sodexo. In 2008/09 Sodexo turned over €14.8bn with 380,000 people employed in 80 countries.
As Chief Sales Officer in the Adecco Group, Francois-Xavier was in charge of the development of a €15bn Division and the management of the of Group Large Accounts in 73 countries. Currently he is Chairman and CEO of UK-based Bright Yellow Group Plc, a Home-Care specialist for Dependant People. He is focused on strong organic growth.
Through his contacts in France, Francois-Xavier
will assist in building corporate relationships.
Edward Pressman
Edward Pressman is one of the great American producers of our time (Bad Lieutenant, Badlands, Wall Street & Wall Street - Money Never Sleeps with Oliver Stone), who will bring the biggest names in Hollywood to the project, and is currently developing a joint venture with Cinémoi to remake 5 French films over the next few years.
Ed Pressman has received the Chevalier des Arts et Lettres medal in 1989.

Chris Deering
Chris Deering has 20 years experience as chief executive of Sony Pictures International Video and at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, where he managed the PlayStation business from start-up in 1995, launching both PlayStation 1 and PlayStation 2. He was also President of Sony Electronics in Europe in 2004-2005.
Since then he has served on the boards of numerous high tech entertainment start-ups and as Non Exec Chairman of Codemasters games. He is the winner of a Bafta Award for contributions to Interactive Entertainment in Britain and has served as Chairman of the Edinburgh Interactive festival since 2006.
Chris has a MBA from Harward Business School.
Andrew Stranberg
Andrew Stranberg is an International Entrepreneur who has provided the strategic vision, capital investment and extensive network of contacts to build several successful businesses from regional operations to global businesses over the past 17 years.
Andrew is the Founder and CEO of STRAN & Company, Inc., a branded promotional firm that services Fortune 500 and 1000 clients worldwide and is in the top 5% of its industry. He is also Chairman of the Board for STRAN Technologies, a world-class engineering based company focused on the development and manufacturing of fiber optic and electrical connectors, cable assemblies, termination tools, training and interconnection systems for commercial and military applications.
Andrew is a board member of Stranwind, a distributor of vertical axis wind turbines. He is also the Founder of STRANDED Clothing Limited.
His track record of business successes is enormous and spans across several independent industries. His global experiences and proven ability to dramatically grow businesses into leading global brands will be invaluable to this Board.
Andrew is a graduate of the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.
